As we approach the end of yet another year mired with confounding, seemingly-insurmountable challenges, the Thanksgiving holiday represents a chance to pause, reflect, check in with ourselves and one another, and perhaps most importantly to consider what makes us feel truly grateful.

This holiday season, our appreciation for you, our supporters, is deeper than ever.

With the rising cost of inflation, people experiencing or at risk of homelessness have existed in a state of constant risk and uncertainty unlike anything most of us had ever experienced. Throughout it, however, our supporters have selflessly remained committed, investing of themselves, their time, their energy and their resources. Knowing that we at Family Promise have the lasting partnership of people who are as equally as committed to ending homelessness as we are makes our work possible, and makes everything we do even more rewarding.

We are also so grateful to know that even now, as many of us have moved back toward a more “normal” state of affairs, our friends and partners understand the continued importance of advocating on behalf of people experiencing homelessness.
