Helping families to go from homelessness to housed without entering the shelter system.

Stabilization

Stabilization reduces the risk of housing insecurity and reentry into homelessness. This is voluntary to families and can be implemented anywhere in the continuum. Components of Stabilization include; consistent, ongoing case management, financial capability program, life skills class, housing payments and support, workforce development, and health and wellness programs.​

  • Began in 2025 from a grant received through FP National

  • Goal – reduce the risk of housing instability & reentry into homelessness

  • Can be offered anywhere in the continuum

  • Light touch case management

  • Components of this Stabilization include financial capability, life skills classes, housing payments & support, workforce development, & health and wellness

  • Each family is eligible for incentive $
